Classes

Utilizing integrated techniques including Dance, Yoga, Pole, Pilates and sensual Striptease movements, we work on building strength, fitness and flexibility, with a focus on fluidity of movement that will leave you feeling confident and proud of your body and your dancing abilities.

All levels of fitness are catered for with every dancer working at their own pace.

Each student receives a Certificate upon completion of their course.

All Pole Dance Courses are limited to 8 students to ensure that every dancer has their own pole!.

Introductory Starter Classes

Tempta Classes
To get you started.
For those with no prior pole experience, these classes get you started with the basics and give you a strong foundation. They also give you a chance to check it all out in a one off class before you commit to a block of classes.

 

8 Week Courses

Beginners 1
Learn some of the simple, fun and easy pole tricks.
Next class is on 18th Nov 2008
Start to loosen up the spine and hips. Learn the Firefly, the Half-pint, the Pink Flamingo and a Routine! Start to get familiar, comfortable and confident with the pole. We practice a Pole Climb and Pole Sit and work towards getting upside-down!

Beginners 2
Build on what you have learnt in Beginners 1.
Next class is on 12th Jan 2009
Work on more Spins, Spiral Climbing, Pole Sits and upside down moves! A new Routine bound to get your booty moving!

Intermediate 1
Develop your dancing prowess!
Next class is on 18th Nov 2008
We focus on a more challenging workout and some trickier pole moves. We practice handstands, sideways spins, and more advanced Floor Work, as well as an exciting Routine.

Intermediate 2
Take your pole skills to the next level!
Next class is on 13th Jan 2009
Polish up the skills you've learned in our other courses. Work on more of the inverted, upside-down moves and a faster paced Routine.

Advanced
For those who really want to fly!
Next class is on 22nd Jan 2009
This course is designed for those who really want to get airborne! Some prior pole experience is necessary. We learn an Advanced Level Routine and focus on the seriously impressive moves - Guaranteed to wow any audience!

Advanced Perfection
Polish your moves to perfection!
Next class is on 5th Nov 2008
String your moves together with supreme smoothness! We work on strength and flexibility training and learn some seriously impressive inversions!

Beginners 1 Mini Term

For those who want to dance like a goddess but can't commit to an 8 week term! These new Mini Terms are easy and great fun!

 

Casual Classes

Ultimate Pole
When you just can't get enough! For people serious about their pole, these classes are a high level training session and focus on inversions and aerial moves.

Strip Fitness
Tone your body to perfection! Utilizing a combination of Yoga, Pilates and sensual floor moves these classes aim to really trim and tone while boosting strength and flexibility.

Pole Fitness
A casual fitness class designed to get you really working! Guaranteed to boost fitness fast! this class consists of a good cardio workout, strength building exercises using the pole and some flexibility training. Pole Fitness classes are open to both men and women.

 

Workshops

Striptease Workshops
The Art of Exotic Dance. Study the finer details involved in the Ancient Art of Sensual Dance. Learn the 10 Basic Rules of Strip Tease, The Saucy Cat Walk, a Routine and more! Limited numbers and a light hearted, all girl environment ensure that participants have fun while learning some new tricks bound to impress! Women only.

Lap Dance Workshops
Our Lap Dance Workshops aim to teach you a variety of saucy moves, practical things like how to choose the best costume and how to set your space and some secret tricks of the trade sure to make anyone yours! Taught by a professional with over 7 years experience. Women only.

 

Other Classes

Pole Rhythm
A routine based Mini Term fusing many different forms of dance including hip hop, contemporary, jazz, funk and pole these classes teach a new routine each few weeks!

Practice Sessions
A free practice session for current students to come and work on the things you have been learning in class. An instructor will be present to help with any particular queries you may have.

Private Lessons
For those who prefer a quieter class environment and some more personal attention, or maybe there are just some particular moves which you would really like to master!

Group Bookings
Have you and your friends been talking about trying pole dancing for a while? Well here's your chance to experience what it is all about with great value! Get together a group of up to eight people and we'll arrange a time to suit you.
