We have a free standing portable pole with it's own stage
available to hire for your function or event!

BOOKING DETAILS
Casual classes
Can be paid on the day. Students can purchase a book of 10 casual classes at a cheaper rate. 10 Class Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for all casual classes.
Courses
Bookings are held with a $80 deposit on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis.
Full payment is to made up ASAP, preferably before the first class.
We do have Easy Payment Plans available for those who wish to arrange to make payments over time. This requires some paperwork to be completed at the office: please speak to reception re payment options. Easy Payment plans are to be paid off in one or two lump sums and the final amount to be paid up by week 4 of the course.
Cancellations inside 7 days incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations outside 7 days notice of the booking incur a $30 administration fee.
Parties
We require a minimum deposit of $100 to hold a booking.
Full payment is to be made before the day, preferably one week prior to the event.
Minimum payment of $220 (equivalent to approximately 6 people).
We recommend that you pay for those people that you know are definitely coming, and then adjust payment accordingly for any extras who wish to turn up on the day.
We do not give refunds for people who have confirmed and paid but do not show on the day.
Parties at Pole Play Studios and at venues of your choice require a non-refundable deposit of $100.
Cancellations inside 48 hours notice incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations outside 48 hours notice of the booking incur a $30 administration fee.
Workshops
Must be pre paid to secure your place.
Workshops outside the studio
$100 deposit required. $50 outcall cost added to bookings outside Cairns.
